Strawberry Kefir Overnight Oats
INGREDIENTS
Ingredients:
2 cups Maple Hill Strawberry Kefir
1 cup quick cooking oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp beetroot powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
1/2-1 tbsp maple syrup

PREPARATION
Instructions:
Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Allow to sit for 5 minutes, then whisk again to prevent any clumps.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. For serving: top with sliced strawberries, walnuts/ nut butter, etc. Enjoy!
