Strawberry Kefir Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Maple Hill Strawberry Kefir

  • 1 cup quick cooking oats

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp beetroot powder

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2-1 tbsp maple syrup

PREPARATION

Instructions:

  1. Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Allow to sit for 5 minutes, then whisk again to prevent any clumps.

  2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. For serving: top with sliced strawberries, walnuts/ nut butter, etc. Enjoy!
