Grilled Peaches With Cinnamon Sugar Butter

INGREDIENTS

•6 ripe peaches

•1 stick of Maple Hill Butter

•1 tbsp cinnamon

•1 tbsp coconut sugar

•1/4 tsp sea salt


Optional (for toppings):

  • Maple Hill Yogurt (any flavor)

  • Maple Hill Kefir (any flavor)

  • Blueberries

  • Raspberries 

  • Granola

PREPARATION

  1. Heat grill to medium heat (charcoal or gas).

  2. Halve and pit the peaches.

  3. Melt the Maple Hill butter.

  4. Mix 3/4 of the cinnamon, coconut sugar, and sea salt into the butter.

  5. In a bowl, toss and coat the peaches in the cinnamon butter.

  6. Place the peaches skin side down on the grill and close the lid for 4-5 mins.

  7. Turn the peaches flesh side down until they're grilled.

  8. Remove from the grill, sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar. Set aside and serve warm!

Serving suggestions: They are delicious as is! But, they are also amazing topped with a dollop or a drizzle of Maple Hill Yogurt or Kefir and another sprinkle of cinnamon, coconut sugar + wild blueberries and/or raspberries+ granola/oat muesli.
