Greek Yogurt Banana Pudding Cups
INGREDIENTS
2 bananas
1 tbsp maple syrup
Granola and whipped cream, for topping
PREPARATION
In a food processor, combine the Maple Hill Creamery Vanilla Greek Yogurt, bananas, and maple syrup. Blend until just combined.
To serving glasses: layer granola then the banana pudding mixture. Allow to sit in the refrigerator to thicken for at least 3 hours.
When ready to serve, top with sliced bananas and whipped cream. Enjoy!
