Gingerbread Dip
INGREDIENTS
16 oz container of Maple Hill Vanilla Greek Yogurt
4 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoons molasses
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 cups whipped cream or CocoWhip
Graham crackers and fruit for dipping
PREPARATION
In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixture on medium speed for about 1 minute. Add molasses and mix until combined.
Add Greek yogurt and spices; beat until combined. Fold in the whipped cream and mix until fully incorporated. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving or overnight.
Serve with graham crackers and/or fruit.
