Crunchwrap Supreme Recipe
INGREDIENTS
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 package spicy taco seasoning
Tostada shells
Burrito sized tortillas
Fajita tortillas
Monterey jack cheese, shredded
Tomato, diced
Lettuce, shredded
Maple Hill Plain Greek Yogurt

PREPARATION
Instructions:
1. Cook the ground beef, breaking it up with a wooden spoon until cooked through. Sprinkle in the taco seasoning package with 1/3 cup of water, lower to a simmer and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until thickened.
2. Assemble: add about 1/4-1/3 cup of ground beef to the large tortilla, followed by the shredded cheese. Next, add the tostada on top then layer with Greek yogurt, lettuce and tomato. Add the smaller tortilla on top, then tightly fold toward the center creating pleats.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat with oil. Once hot, add the crunchwrap seam side down and cook on both sides until golden. Once off the skillet, sprinkle it with salt. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Serve with additional lettuce, tomato, Greek yogurt, taco sauce, etc. Enjoy!
