Maple, Brown Sugar & Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Overnight oats will get you in the habit of making your breakfast before you even wake up. You can even make a few jars at a time, as they will last in the fridge for up to 3 days.


1 cup rolled oats
1 cup Maple Hill Whole or 2% Milk
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 Tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp maple syrup
Chopped pecans for topping


Layer oats, milk and vanilla into a mason jar. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon and maple syrup. Pour mixture over the oats. Refrigerate oats overnight or at least 2 hours. Top with pecans before serving.
